We will be in rapid growth for coming years in the United States and are looking for individuals who are passionate about the restaurant industry and dedicated in his/her career with our growing restaurant chain. Shift Leader Position Summary The Shift Leader is responsible for managing all day-to-day functions of the restaurant. He/she always looks to improve to achieve the highest standards in the customer experience, employee experience, and financial goals. The SL should be passionate about the food service industry, and seeks to motivate a team to extend the same passion to our guests. Job responsibilities include managing, supervising and training front and back of house team members, overseeing the quality of our food offerings, scheduling, and inventory control. Job Responsibilities Knowledge of basic business fundamentals including full understanding of P&L and COGS statements Ensuring all productivity numbers, budgets, and sales are met Build and motivate crew members by example, exemplifying the core values, passion, and culture of PokeWorks Applying financial tools and analyzing financial reports to identify trends as well as addressing issues in store performance Ensure positive customer experiences Lead, train, coach, and counsel team members Maintaining knowledge of surrounding competitive market place for store development, marketing, and community outreach purposes Maintaining direct communications with local vendors Resolve guest issues effectively to ensure positive guest experience Ensure high quality of food preparation and customer service consistent with Pokeworks' requirements and procedures Ensure all operating activities follow company standards and procedures Execution of food safety and restaurant safety standards and equipment maintenance guidelines Ensure the safety of guests and team members Job Requirements Customer service focused and oriented Strong communication and organization skills Strong team building and morale building abilities Ability to implement Company policies and procedures efficiently Sound decision making and problem solving skills with the ability to resolve conflicts Ability to adapt successfully in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills including the ability to browse the Internet, use email, and Microsoft Office applications Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience preferred, not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
