• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required in specialty 2. Cases: Interventional, Structural, Peds, Congenital, ECMO, Heart Failure, Transplant, Impella, IABP, TAVR, Watchman, PCI, Multiple Devices 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required; PALS required before start (not at submission); ARRT required; Kentucky State Radiation License KBMIRT before beginning assignment 4.
