What you will be doing: If a Wendy’s restaurant was a person, it’d be you: fun, fast, friendly, and never out of bacon. Handle customer situations, good or bad, like a boss. Train and guide new team members. Maintain food safety standards and procedures. What we need from you: Minimum of one year of restaurant work experience. Proven leadership experience in a fast‑paced environment. Strong problem‑solving, customer service, and decision‑making skills. Ability to give and take direction effectively. Flexible work availability. Requirements: Ability to adhere to Wendy's Food Safety, Cleaning, Guest Satisfaction, and Friendliness Standards. Ability to stand and move for most of the shift, lift up 50 lbs., and handle various weather conditions. Comfortable using restaurant equipment and following brand standards.
