Program Manager - HealthStarts/SDOH

Location Nashville, TN Hybrid Arrangement This role requires associates to be in-office 1–2 days per week. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office. About the Role As Program Manager, you will develop and manage multi-year external TennCare-facing programs, support population health priorities, and manage the Social Determinants of Health / Health Starts Program. How You Will Make an Impact Manage and coordinate the development, approval, implementation, and compliance of ongoing external client‑facing programs; develop program budget; ensure program meets its stated objectives; provide subject matter expertise in response to day‑to‑day external client‑facing business issues. Research applicable subject matter practices and remain aware of industry trends. Manage external client‑facing relationships and partner with corporate and regional business areas. Coordinate training related to external client‑facing program; develop program success measures and perform periodic assessments of program success. Attend meetings with the state partner and collaborate cross‑departmentally at the Health plan. Minimum Requirements BA/BS and minimum 5 years of external client‑facing experience in program/project management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences Graduate degree preferred. Project management certification preferred. Medicaid experience within a provider group. Experience working in a matrix environment with all functional areas. Comfortable presenting in virtual and in‑person settings. Excellent written communication skills.
