Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our family! As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Aviata at Kissimmee Gardens, you will provide direct patient care to our residents and patients in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and participate in their evaluation Oversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program Provide nursing services, including conducting and documenting thorough evaluations of each resident’s medical status upon admission and throughout their course of treatment Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done What We Offer Competitive pay rate: $30 - $30 HOURLY Access to online learning 24/7 Health insurance for the entire family!
