ER RN Job Details – Wisconsin Travel Nursing Opportunity Location: Fond du Lac, WI 54937 (Wisconsin travel nursing jobs) Assignment Length: 13 weeks (October 6, 2025 – January 3, 2026) Healthcare Setting: Emergency Department (9-bed ED, 10-bed inpatient) Shift: 12-hour night shifts Hours per Week: 36 Estimated Weekly Pay: $2160 - $2210 Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse Orientation: Initial orientation at Aurora Oshkosh, then transition to Fond du Lac campus Scrub Color: Any color (no denim, camo, or logos) Parking: Free in designated areas ER RN Qualifications & Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Wisconsin or compact state Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room RN experience Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC Preferred Certifications: CPI/MOAB, ENPC, NRP Strong general ED skillset: PIV starts, blood cultures, chest tubes, code blue response, triage Experience with EPIC electronic health record (EHR) charting required First-time travel nurses are not eligible for this assignment ER RN Responsibilities Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population, with a focus on geriatric patients Manage patient ratios of 1:3-4 during both day and night shifts Perform emergency department procedures: PIV starts, blood cultures, chest tube management, and triage Respond to code blue situations and provide advanced critical care as needed Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team including charge nurses, ED techs, hospitalists, and respiratory therapists Utilize EPIC for all patient documentation and charting Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as scheduled Adhere to hospital policies and maintain a professional, compassionate approach to patient care Apply now to join our dedicated healthcare team as a Travel ER RN in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin!
