The Opportunity: You will be an ambassador for our clients, guiding them through the often-complex world of personal insurance.

Consulting and Advising: Engaging with clients to understand their unique needs and recommend tailored personal lines insurance solutions.

Building Relationships: Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients through excellent communication and proactive follow-ups.

Sales and Quoting: Preparing competitive quotes, and effectively presenting coverage options.

Policy Management: Assisting clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims inquiries, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

We're Looking for Someone Who Has:

Active North Carolina Property & Casualty Insurance License with at least 1 years in personal line insurance sales or service.

Customer-Centric Approach: A genuine desire to help others and provide outstanding service.

Self-Motivated and Proactive: A go-getter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
