Who We Are

Saltbox is on a mission to simplify the hardest parts of running an eCommerce business. Our purpose-built spaces serve as modern headquarters for small to medium-sized businesses in industries like Fashion & Apparel, Health & Beauty, Electronics, and Household Goods. • Offer hands-on support with logistics tasks and suite upkeep.
• Engage with Members on the floor—answering questions and providing help.
• Triage member service requests and escalate when needed.
• Be an on-site ambassador for the Saltbox brand and experience.

Who You Are

You're energized by variety, motivated to work hard, and love connecting with people. You'll succeed in this role if you're as comfortable lifting a box as you are greeting a member.
