Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, professional, and relationship-driven Leasing Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, building strong relationships, and helping residents find the right apartment home. This position requires excellent customer service, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced apartment community environment.

The Leasing Agent will assist with marketing available units, touring prospects, processing applications, and maintaining positive relationships with current and future residents.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, over the phone, and through email
• Conduct apartment tours and highlight community amenities and features
• Build relationships with property managers, residents, and prospects
• Respond to leasing inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Process rental applications, lease agreements, and move-in paperwork
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and community policies
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong closing ratios
• Assist with resident retention and customer satisfaction
• Help maintain the appearance and professionalism of the leasing office and model units
• Utilize property management software such as Yardi or CRM systems when applicable

Qualifications

• Previous apartment leasing or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and people skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Basic computer and email skills required
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Bilingual is a plus but not required
