Oakwood Heights Village is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Oil City, PA!

NEW WAGES + Multiple Shifts Available

We're looking for dependable, compassionate CNAs to join our team. Whether you're an experienced CNA or a new graduate, Oakwood offers a supportive team environment with consistent leadership and a focus on quality resident care.

Available Schedules:

7:00 AM-7:00 PM
3:00 PM-11:00 PM
7:00 PM-7:00 AM

Pay & Benefits:

Shift differentials available
TapCheck / On-Demand Pay
$1/hr additional pay if you opt out of insurance
$1/hr additional pay if you opt out of PTO

What You'll Do:

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including mobility, meals, hydration and personal care
Provide compassionate assistance with hygiene and daily care
Observe residents and report changes to the nursing team
Document food and fluid intake
Assist with feeding and nutritional supplements
Help maintain clean and comfortable resident areas
Safely transport residents throughout the facility
Support nurses and fellow team members
Follow facility policies, procedures and professional standards
Maintain resident confidentiality

Qualifications:

Active Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Compassionate approach to resident care
Ability to work in a skilled nursing environment

All candidates must pass pre-employment screening and a PA Criminal Background Check.
