On-Site Leasing Specialist — Elevate Resident Experience

Colonial Group

Legacy Partners seeks a full-time, on-site Leasing Agent to support marketing, leasing, and pre-leasing of apartment homes. The role follows a Thursday through Monday work schedule and requires coordinating move-in information and resolving resident concerns. You will greet prospects, give tours, explain lease terms, process applications, and maintain lease files.
