What Will You Be Doing?

• Greet guests and learn about their travel interests to recommend vacation ownership options that best meet their needs.
• Conduct engaging resort tours and present ownership opportunities in a professional and ethical manner.
• Build strong relationships with prospective owners and create memorable guest experiences.
• Generate sales volume while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Maintain communication and follow-up with guests through email, phone, and written correspondence.
• Apply proven sales techniques and concepts taught through company training.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment while upholding company values and standards.
• Attend ongoing weekly sales training and development sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

What We're Looking For

• Florida Real Estate License in good standing preferred.
• Previous sales, marketing, hospitality, luxury goods, or vacation ownership experience preferred.
• Minimum of one year of sales and customer service experience with a proven track record of success.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
