Account Executive - Western USA

Becton Dickinson seeks an Account Executive to drive sales of BD Parata pharmacy automation solutions across the Western USA. The role involves managing complex B2B sales cycles with long-term care pharmacies, building customer relationships, and delivering tailored solutions aligned with client business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Drive new and existing customer sales of BD Parata hardware and software solutions in Western region
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and potential influencers
- Develop and execute opportunity plans that align product solutions with customer business needs
- Manage sales pipeline independently and consistently demonstrate defined partnership value to customers
- Collaborate across business units to execute solution-focused sales process
Requirements
- 5-10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in capital equipment sales
- Ability to engage pharmacy, IT, nursing, or C-suite decision makers
- Demonstrated capacity to manage extended, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time across designated territory
- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor's degree preferred
