Active Physical Therapy Assistant - Rehab & Mobility
Eden Health Care
Eden Health Care seeks a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized rehabilitation plans, and track progress to improve functional mobility. You will collaborate with physicians and other health professionals to integrate therapy into overall care.
You will guide patients and families in home treatment and assistive device use. The role emphasizes safe patient handling, documentation, and adherence to facility protocols and HIPAA regulations.
