Pit Master
We are always looking for experienced Pit Masters and Cutters to join our team. Pit Room Team Members are expected to have at least 18 months of BBQ experience or be able to show during the interview process they understand the fundamentals of butchering, seasoning, fire management, and timing that are needed to produce top barbecue.

Requirements and Responsibilities:
- 18-Month Minimum Experience
- Butchering, Seasoning, Wrapping
- Fire Management Experience
- Consistency and Reliability
- Positive Attitude and Strong Work Ethic

Applicants will also be expected to be able to work on their feet for several hours at a time and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Prior experience is mandatory.
Work schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 10 hour shift
- Weekend availability
- Monday to Friday
- Holidays
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Overtime
