Role Description This is a part-time on-site Bookkeeper role based in Boerne, TX. The Bookkeeper will record daily financial transactions, maintain general ledgers, and prepare basic journal entries to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records. Responsibilities include reconciling accounts, assisting with the preparation of financial statements, and using accounting software to track income, expenses, and other financial data. The role also involves supporting finance and administrative teams with documentation, filing, and data entry, while following established procedures and internal controls. The position requires a hybrid of remote and in-site presence to collaborate with colleagues, access physical records, and respond to time-sensitive financial tasks. Qualifications Strong bookkeeping skills, including accurate recordkeeping and preparation of journal entries (Accounting). Ability to support basic Finance functions and assist in the preparation and review of Financial Statements. Proficiency with Accounting Software and comfort working with spreadsheets, other database software and digital financial tools. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on-site when needed. Prior experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related financial support role preferred.
