Prep Cook - Napa Restaurant Group About Us We're Napa-your friendly neighborhood restaurant with a big love for wine and seriously good food. Locally owned and operated with four locations (two in Charlotte, one in Fort Mill, and one in Raleigh), we bring a slice of Napa Valley to the Carolinas. Our vibe? Good food, great wine, and no fuss. We're not a late-night restaurant, so you won't be stuck until midnight, and every location offers free onsite parking. If you're passionate about cooking and want to join a team that values flavor, quality, and teamwork, Napa is the place for you. What You'll Do
- Prepare food items, equipment, and ingredients needed for smooth station operation
- Follow recipe standards and prep lists to ensure consistency and quality
- Assist other kitchen team members with food preparation and side work
- Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and food safety in all work areas
- Keep prep tables, counters, refrigeration units, and storage areas clean and organized
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the Sous Chef/Chef promptly
- Complete all closing duties and assist with overall kitchen cleanliness
- Support other back-of-house positions as needed for a seamless guest experience
- Previous kitchen experience preferred, but we'll train the right person
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

- Must have prior experience as a prep cook.

- Must be able to multitask and act quickly.
- Must carry a high school diploma or equivalent.
