Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Mechanic to support facilities engineering operations in a healthcare environment. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure safe and efficient facility operations. Responsibilities: Perform maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment and system issues Complete work orders and update tasks in CMMS (mobile device) Perform preventive maintenance (PMs), inspections, and rounds Respond to emergency repairs and on-call issues Review vendor work and support project activities Maintain logs, documentation, and safety compliance Ensure clean and safe mechanical and shop areas Qualifications: Required: 5+ years of maintenance mechanic experience (institutional/healthcare preferred) Experience with HVAC systems and building equipment Ability to read blueprints and schematics Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work Preferred: HVAC certification or license Experience with CMMS systems Knowledge of electro-mechanical systems Salary: • $25 to $38 hourly; plus shift differential Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision 401(k) / Retirement Plan Unlimited PTO + Holidays Paid Parental Leave Wellness Programs Employee Discounts EAP, FSAs, and more Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 3 - 5 years Salary: $25 - $38 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
