Dishwasher - The Stand Westlake 966 S Westlake Blvd #3, Thousand Oaks, CA 91361, USA The Stand isn't your average fast-casual restaurant. We've grown to 22+ locations across California and Texas - and we're still growing. That growth starts with a team that takes pride in every part of the operation, including the people who keep it all running behind the scenes. No experience? No problem. If you show up, work hard, and care about doing things right, you'll fit in here. Many of our kitchen team members started right where you're standing - and we love to promote from within. What You'll Do as a Dishwasher- Keep the dish station running - wash, sanitize, and organize throughout your shift
- Bus tables and keep the front and back of house clean and stocked
- Take out trash and handle general kitchen cleaning duties
- Open and close the dish station following proper sanitation procedures
- Receive and put away deliveries - produce, paper goods, dry goods
- Jump in to help the kitchen team when needed
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Be a reliable, positive presence on the team every single shift
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic - that's the main thing
- Reliable
- Ability to stay on your feet and move fast during busy periods
- Team player who takes pride in keeping things clean and running right
- No prior experience required - we'll train you
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Tip pool (~$5-7/hr average) + performance bonus
- $20.25 - $22.25 per hour
