Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) degree, active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license, and 1+ years Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality occupational therapy services. The contract spans from August 6, 2026, through May 20, 2027, with a commitment of 24 hours per week—offering a regular, manageable schedule and an opportunity to make a positive impact throughout the academic year.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid COTA certification and Ohio state licensure (or eligibility to obtain by the start date)
• Experience in both school and healthcare settings is beneficial
• Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of an Occupational Therapist
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about student care

Key Responsibilities:

• Support occupational therapists in delivering services shaped to each student's IEP or 504 Plan
• Assist with evaluations and deliver targeted interventions to help students achieve functional outcomes
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate findings with educational staff
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with teachers, aides, and specialists
• Contribute to creating supportive, inclusive learning environments
