Warehouse Floor Supervisor

Job Overview:

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Floor Supervisor to lead evening warehouse operations. This role is responsible for assigning work to forklift/hi-lo operators, monitoring progress throughout the shift, coaching employees, and validating completed work through the warehouse scanning process.

Schedule: Monday Friday, 12:30 PM - 9 PM

Responsibilities:

• Run operational reports and use them to assign daily work to forklift and hi-lo operators.
• Coordinate workflow and monitor assigned work to ensure it is completed accurately and on time.
• Validate completed work through the warehouse scanning process.
• Coach, direct, and support warehouse team members to maintain productivity, accuracy, and safe work practices.
• Identify workflow issues, communicate priorities, and help keep the floor operating efficiently.
• Maintain an active presence on the warehouse floor throughout the shift.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse lead or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Forklift/hi-lo experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using reports and warehouse scanning systems to assign and validate work.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods and work actively on the warehouse floor.
• Able to lift and move items weighing 35 pounds or more.
• Dependable, safety-minded, and able to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
