Service Technician at EliteRV

What You Will Do

• Diagnose, repair, and service recreational vehicles with accuracy and efficiency
• Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliance, and general maintenance work
• Clearly document diagnostics, repairs, and parts used
• Communicate progress and findings with leadership and service advisors
• Deliver finished work that meets EliteRV quality standards before final inspection
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in one or more of the following: RV service, mechanical repair, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, or general maintenance
• Technical school or trade certification is a plus, but hands‐on experience matters most
• At least 1 year of technician or related trade experience preferred
• RVIA certification helpful but not required
• Strong attention to detail and pride in doing the job right the first time
• Ability to work comfortably in varied conditions (heat, cold, noise, tight spaces, heights)
• Ability to stand, bend, crawl, and lift to 25 lbs. (up to 50 lbs. with assistance)
• Must supply own hand and shop tools
• Valid driver’s license preferred

• Monday to Friday

Competitive Pay Range:
$18.00 - $42.00 per hour (based on experience, certifications, and skill level)
