Banquet Server

We are seeking experienced Banquet Servers to join our team. Candidates must have previous banquet, catering, hotel, country club, or high-volume event service experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional guest service standards.

What You'll Do

• Serve plated meals at weddings, corporate events, galas, and other banquet functions.
• Safely carry and serve large oval trays loaded with up to six covered dinner plates.
• Provide professional wine, water, and beverage service, including proper pouring and glass maintenance.
• Set up and break down banquet rooms according to event specifications.
• Follow banquet service standards and event timelines to ensure smooth meal service.
• Clear tables efficiently and maintain a clean, organized event space throughout service.
• Communicate effectively with captains, managers, kitchen staff, and fellow servers.
• Deliver attentive guest service while maintaining proper banquet and fine-dining etiquette.

Requirements

• Previous banquet serving experience preferred.
• Ability to carry heavy oval trays loaded with multiple plated meals.
• Experience with wine and water service preferred.
• Strong understanding of banquet service procedures and guest etiquette.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry trays for extended periods.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events as needed.
