Temporary (6 month) Full-Time LPN or RN - Family Practice ClinicsSchedule: Monday - Friday, 36 hour, 5-day work weeks. This is a 6-month temporary position and will conclude at the end of the 6-month period. There may be an opportunity to remain in a PRN capacity following the completion of the 6 months.About Us: Join our dedicated team at our Rural Health Clinics, where we prioritize patient care and collaboration. We are looking for a motivated LPN or RN to support our high-producing provider in a fast-paced clinic environment. Serving our 5 locations, based on need. Clay Center, Clyde, Glasco, Linn and Riley.Key Responsibilities:Provide clinical support to the provider and clinic team.Manage patient interactions and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.Assist with scheduling appointments and addressing patient needs.Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) to document patient information and appointments.Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient clinic operations.Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in a clinic setting preferred, but not required.OB experience is a plus, but not mandatory.Strong communication and organizational skills.Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration.Proficient in computer skills, particularly with EHR systems.Self-motivated and adaptable to the demands of a clinic environment.What We Offer:A supportive and dynamic work environment.Opportunities for professional development and growth.
