Publisher Development Manager

Publisher Development Manager## MissionIdentify, acquire, onboard, and grow publisher partnerships across web, app, CTV, gaming, and video inventory. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hunting new business, building relationships, negotiating deals, and helping publishers increase revenue.## Core Responsibilities* Prospect publishers daily across web, app, CTV, gaming, and video* Conduct discovery calls and platform demos* Present Oveeo monetization solutions and negotiate commercial agreements* Build and manage a publisher pipeline in CRM* Attend industry events and conferences* Identify monetization opportunities and recommend SSP and demand strategies* Expand inventory relationships and reactivate inactive partners* Coordinate onboarding process and work with AdOps during integration## Requirements* 2+ years publisher development or publisher sales experience* Solid understanding of programmatic advertising* Proven experience selling to publishers* Strong written and verbal communication skills* CRM experience (pipeline management, follow-up discipline)* Startup mentality — you build, iterate, and own outcomes* Ownership mindset — you treat this like your business* Process-oriented — you document and improve what you do* Strong written communication — clear, concise, professional* Comfortable with AI tools — you use AI daily, not reluctantly* Remote-first — highly responsive across time zones* Data-driven decision maker — metrics before opinions## Nice to Have* SSP platform experience* Google Ad Manager (GAM) experience* Prebid implementation experience* App monetization experience* CTV or streaming inventory experience### Interested in this role?Submit your application and we will be in touch if there is a fit.
