Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position. Key Responsibilities Serve as the face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely Comply with driving and vehicle regulations Qualifications Have an active driver’s license Be at least 21 years of age Obtain a DOT medical certification Provide documentation regarding previous employment Meet the physical requirements of the position A High School diploma, GED or equivalent Strong customer service orientation and self‑motivation Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain a positive attitude Compensation and Benefits The total compensation range is $45,000 – $90,000 per year, including base salary and earned commissions.
