Registered Nurse - Med-Surg

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse specializing in Med-Surg. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in a Med-Surg setting.
Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as per established protocols.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records using EHR.
Participate in patient education and support initiatives to enhance understanding of health management strategies.

Schedule

This position requires a rotating shift schedule with weekly orientations every Monday. Hours are from 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
Minimum of 5 years of Med-Surg nursing experience preferred.
Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR), specifically Meditech.
