Litigation Paralegal

Vernis&Bowling is seeking an experienced Paralegal for our FirstPartyProperty department. Experience in FirstPartyProperty is required and ideal candidates would have civil litigation defense experience with Personal Injury or Construction Defect cases. Duties Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to, litigation case management, public records review, preparation of filings and documents, document summaries, mediation, deposition, and trial preparation. Paralegals are expected to record and bill their time. Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment and support attorneys in their daily tasks.
