Position:  Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant

Coverage Area:  Rush City, North Branch, Ham Lake & surrounding areas

Salary: $58,900 - $72,000 / Paid on a Pay Per Point basis. The compensation reflected on this posting is an estimate of annual compensation for full-time status.
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm

Be the Best Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we want to meet you!

• Associate degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• Valid license, registration, certification or permit to practice in the states of agency operation
• Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
