Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift approximately 30 pounds (occasionally more); ability to bend, squat, and climb repeatedly for an entire shift; job requires extensive use of the hands for long periods of time; long periods of standing; ability to adapt to varying work environments, such as waste, debris, and cold or hot weather)
- Oral communication and critical thinking
- Adherence to Company policies and standards
- Basic computer skills
- Advanced knowledge of all equipment and cleaning procedures (CIP, SSOP)
- Advanced knowledge of chemicals in plant
- Advanced information of departmental areas
- Good knowledge of GMP’s, dress code, and safety rules
