Lavanderia Dry Cleaners has proudly served Greater Boston for over 30 years. As a family-owned business, we've built our reputation on exceptional customer service, reliability, and quality. We're growing our Pickup & Delivery division and are looking for a professional Route Driver who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.
This position is ideal for someone who wants more than "just a driving job." You'll become the trusted face of our company, building relationships with customers while providing a premium service throughout the Greater Boston area.
What You'll Do
- Pick up and deliver dry cleaning and laundry to residential and commercial customers.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop.
- Load and unload garments carefully to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.
- Verify orders and collect payments when necessary.
- Keep your route organized, efficient, and on schedule.
- Maintain a clean, safe company vehicle.
- Represent Lavanderia with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license.
- Clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Delivery, courier, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
