Hospice Aide - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)HopeHealth Hospice and Palliative Care is seeking an experienced CNA to join its dynamic and caring hospice team. This position will provide care to hospice residents in long term care facilities in the southern half of Rhode Island. This position will primarily cover Warwick, Coventry, East Greenwich and the North Kingston area.The duties of a hospice aide are planned and assigned by a registered nurse to meet patient and family needs. The hospice aide provides personal care and light housekeeping duties in accordance with the established plan of care.This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position, with 8:00-4:30pm hours. There is a rotating weekend commitment of every 3rd-4th weekend.
