Job Description
The Retail Associate Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, guiding sales associates, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in a retail environment. This position focuses on driving sales performance, managing team dynamics, and maintaining store standards to contribute to the overall success of the retail location.

Responsibilities
Lead and motivate retail associates to achieve sales goals and exceptional customer service
Manage daily store operations including scheduling, inventory management, and merchandising
Train and develop team members to enhance skills and knowledge
Monitor sales performance and provide actionable feedback to associates
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
Support visual merchandising and maintain store cleanliness and organization
Collaborate with senior management to implement promotional campaigns and initiatives
