A well-established multi-doctor small animal hospital in Clinton Township is seeking a Veterinarian to join its collaborative and experienced clinical team. This is a strong opportunity for a vet looking to step into a well-supported environment with a varied caseload, modern equipment, and a stable, community-focused practice.
The hospital operates as a multi-DVM practice with a strong emphasis on teamwork, case discussion, and shared clinical decision-making. The caseload includes a mix of wellness care, diagnostics, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery, supported by in-house diagnostic capabilities including digital radiography, ultrasound, and laboratory testing to support efficient case workups.
The clinical environment is structured to support both high-quality medicine and sustainable workflows. Veterinarians are backed by a strong nursing and technician team, creating an approximate 45:1 support structure depending on caseload and day-to-day demand. The culture is collaborative, communicative, and focused on delivering consistent care while supporting individual development.
What They're Looking For
• DVM/VMD degree from an accredited university
• Licensed or eligible to practice in Michigan
• Comfortable with small animal general practice including medical and surgical cases
• Strong communication and client engagement skills
• Team-oriented with an interest in collaboration and ongoing development
