Field Service Technician III
The Field Service Technician III provides face-to-face customer service located at an off-site location and is responsible for the troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and reconditioning of various light and heavy construction equipment. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices on a daily basis:

- Collaborate with key internal/external resources;
- Participate in ongoing self-development.
