Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Hybrid

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Senior Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical leadership and exceptional ABA services in an outpatient setting. This hybrid position combines remote work with in-person visits based on client needs, allowing for flexibility while maintaining meaningful connections with clients and families.

• Full-Time position

• Hybrid schedule (approximately 25-50% remote based on client needs)

• Outpatient ABA setting

• Competitive salary: $85,000-$100,000 annually

• Standard weekday schedule

• No routine on-call responsibilities

• No weekend shifts

• Maintain a clinical caseload with a minimum of 25 billable hours per week

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans

• Provide ABA services through telehealth and in-person sessions

• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate

• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and interdisciplinary providers

• Ensure compliance with state regulations, payer requirements, and organizational policies

• Support ethical, trauma-informed, assent-based, and neurodiversity-affirming clinical practices

• Contribute to mentorship and program development initiatives

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required

• North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to obtain licensure required

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Ability to travel within assigned service areas as needed

• Experience with telehealth ABA services, trauma-informed care, assent-based treatment, and neurodiversity-affirming practices is preferred

• Previous experience supervising RBTs or mentoring clinicians is a plus

• New graduates are encouraged to apply

• Ages 2-18 years

• Average caseload ratio: 1:8
