Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Speed Picker for our client. This job is responsible for quickly and accurately picking products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to meet daily productivity goals.
What’s a Typical Day Like?
- Pick orders accurately using RF scanner or voice pick system
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly production and accuracy targets
- Maintain a fast pace while ensuring order quality
- Properly label and stage completed orders
- Follow all safety guidelines and warehouse procedures
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Assist with inventory counts as needed
What Are the Requirements of the Job?
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred
- Experience with RF scanner or voice picking is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
- Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Communication skills
