This position is performed onsite at one of the Company's operational facilities, unless otherwise specified in the job posting.Shift(s): Sunday to Thursday from 5:00am to 1:30pm (Schedule subject to change based on the needs of the business)Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $73,920 - $92,400, with full potential base salary range over a successful candidate's tenure in the position of $73,920- $110,880. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.Employment Logistics:As an Area Manager for OnTrac, you will report directly to the Operations Manager of the facility and be responsible for managing all the sort activities and volume within an assigned area. Maintain an open line of communication to engage employees.Record and manage the departures/arrivals of and the flow of volume from designated Linehauls.Execute various administrative duties, including but not limited to, safety training, operational audits, and end of shift reporting.Paving your way to your success:You learn and follow all safety regulations and job instructions to perform your primary duties effectively.You apply knowledge of OSHA requirements in daily work practices.You maintain a flexible schedule to support 24-hour operations, including extended hours, weekends, and holidays when needed.You stay dependable and adaptable as business needs, staffing needs, and workload shifts.Posting Timeline: This job posting is anticipated to remain open for at least 30 days from the date of postingDisclosures:*Washington state employees are eligible for up to 56 hours of paid sick leave annually.The salary range above represents the national range for this position.
