We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Programmer Analyst to join technical team supporting Service Cloud. This role requires on-site presence in the Glen Allen, VA area and focuses on configuration-first delivery, robust Apex and LWC development, and CI/CD using Copado.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce customizations using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), emphasizing a configuration-first approach.
  • Implement and support Copado-based CI/CD pipelines to promote reliable deployments and change management.
  • Track, triage, and manage issues and development tasks using Jira; work with DevOps to debug and remediate production and staging issues.

Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, including custom development and platform configuration (around 6 years preferred).
  • Proven expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC); ability to write effective unit tests and support release quality.
  • Experience with Copado for CI/CD (several years preferred) and a configuration-first mindset.
  • Familiarity with Jira for issue tracking and Agile workflows (multiple years of experience preferred).
  • Effective communicator who can collaborate with DevOps, QA, and business stakeholders; local candidates near Glen Allen, VA required due to onsite needs.
