Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for ICU patients according to the nursing process and established standards of care.
- Monitor patient status, interpret data, and respond to changes in condition; administer medications and therapies as ordered.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other disciplines; communicate care plans and modify as needed.
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with various team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Document care, nursing outcomes, and ensure patient safety, infection control, and compliance with policies.
- Provide patient and family education; assist with discharge planning and transition of care.

Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing (state-specific or eligible multi-state license for practice in the assignment location)
- ICU/critical care experience in an acute care setting
- Ability to work nights; 3x12-hour shifts; travel assignment readiness
- Education: graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN)
- Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity ICU environment and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
