Aegis is partnered with a growing manufacturer of water and wastewater treatment systems that provides end-to-end solutions from design through installation. This organization offers a clean, collaborative work environment with steady growth and strong demand for their equipment.
They are seeking a Mechanical Systems Fabricator to support assembly and fabrication of system components within their shop.
Responsibilities:- Assemble systems using technical drawings and instructions
- Perform basic fabrication including drilling, cutting, and material prep
- Build and assemble piping panels and mechanical components
- Use hand and power tools for assembly and fabrication
- Read and interpret blueprints and measurements
- Ensure systems are built accurately and function properly
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- 2+ years fabrication or assembly experience
- Experience using mechanical tools (drills, saws, wrenches, etc.)
- Ability to read basic blueprints and measurements
- Mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience
- Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays
You should be proficient in:
- Machine Building/Assembling
- Tape Measure Reading
- Mechanical Assembly Skills
- Shop Math Skills
- Blueprint Reading
