Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to:Regional Controller - Americas__In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.The work model for the role is: remote (#Li-Remote) and can be anywhere in the U.S.Your role and responsibilities:Partner with business leadership to develop and execute the U.S. Electrification Services strategy, translating goals into business plans, forecasts, and measurable performance targets.Provide financial leadership and business insights by monitoring performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and advising management on operational and commercial decision-making.Ensure accurate, transparent, and compliant financial reporting through strong controllership, internal controls, financial processes, and timely month-end closing activities.Oversee project financial operations, including job costing, work-in-process inventory, billing and revenue recognition, accounts receivable collections, and accounting process consistency across the business.Our Team DynamicsOur teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning.
