Direct Support Professional – Residential MH What You’ll Do You will work directly with clients living with intellectual and developmental disabilities or mental health challenges. These clients reside in various residential settings and may require 24‑hour care in a warm, family‑like environment. You will participate in daily routines, provide support with habilitative and rehabilitative activities, personal care, health care, and follow the Person Centered Plan. You will assist with daily living skills and social engagement to make their days enjoyable and meaningful. Daily documentation and electronic reporting is required. How You’ll Benefit Competitive salary based on experience Comprehensive benefits package Paid training and professional development What We’re Looking For High School diploma required 1 year of direct care experience, personal care or CNA experience preferred Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance Willingness to complete a background check and maintain a clean record Completion of required training curriculum: CPR/First Aid; Medication Administration; Crisis Intervention Techniques; OSHA/Bloodborne Pathogen; Seizure Management; core competencies and other relevant trainings Your Role in Our Mission Provide care in the client’s home and community environment Assist with everyday tasks: housekeeping, meal preparation, cooking, cleaning, personal care (bathing, dressing) Support employment and schedule planning Transport clients to appointments and run errands as needed Document care and report in the electronic health record Why Join Us?
