We're looking for skilled technicians who want steady hours, clear expectations, and a genuine opportunity to build a long-term career.We're looking for a Commercial HVAC Superintendent who can lead from the front, run large-scale commercial HVAC projects, and set the production tempo for our field teams.The Commercial HVAC Superintendent is the senior field leader responsible for:Owning onsite HVAC productionDriving schedule performanceManaging foremen and crewsCoordinating with PMs and other tradesEnsuring safety, quality, and accountabilityCompensation: $36.00 - $42.00 hourly based on experienceSchedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm with ability to work weekends and out of town as needed.Field Leadership & ProductionLead multiple HVAC foremen and field crewsDrive installation of ductwork, RTUs, split systems, exhaust systems, and specialty mechanical systemsMaintain production pace aligned with project schedulePlan manpower and material flow proactivelyHold crews accountable for daily measurable outputProject ExecutionRead and interpret blueprints, submittals, and mechanical plansCoordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other tradesRun weekly production meetings with foremenIdentify conflicts early and solve them before they impact scheduleOversee inspections and ensure work is ready before calling for inspectionQuality & SafetyEnforce OSHA standards and Kalos safety expectationsConduct site safety walks and toolbox talksEnsure installs meet code and design specificationsMaintain clean, organized, and professional jobsitesCulture & AccountabilityBuild a culture of ownership, discipline, and urgencyDevelop foremen into strong leadersAddress performance issues immediately and professionallySet the tone for attitude, professionalism, and executionRequirements:5+ years of commercial HVAC field experience3+ years in a supervisory or superintendent-level roleExperience on large commercial projects (schools, retail, medical, hospitality, multi-family, etc.)Strong blueprint and mechanical plan reading skillsProven ability to manage manpower and drive scheduleOSHA 30 preferred (or willingness to obtain)Valid driver's licenseWhat Success Looks Like:Projects stay on scheduleForemen operate independently and efficientlyProduction numbers are measurable and predictableInspections pass the first timeJobsites are clean, safe, and organizedPMs trust you completelyKeys to Success in the Role:Arrive early and set the pace for the dayStay engaged in the field — don't manage from the truckEliminate excuses and focus on solutionsCommunicate clearly and directlyHold yourself and others accountableMaintain professionalism at all timesBenefits:At Kalos, we believe in supporting our employees both at work and in life.
