Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure service excellence.
- Handle dispatch, scheduling, and communication with customers, technicians, and internal teams.
- Monitor schedules, resolve issues, and keep jobs on track.
- Improve processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Create daily invoices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous dispatching, scheduling, plumbing, or related field experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional phone manner.
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn scheduling software.
- Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
