Now Hiring: Production Workers – 1st and 2nd Shift in Rice, MN!
Pay: $19 / hr - 2nd Shift: 3 PM- 1AM
Pay: $18 / hr - 1st Shift: 7 AM - 3PM
What You’ll Do:
- Work on a fast-paced production line—food safety & quality come first
- Keep your station clean, safe, and organized
- Hit daily goals and stay on track with the team
- Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stay active all shift
- Work in a cool, refrigerated environment (layer up!)
- Follow safety + food manufacturing guidelines like a pro
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable and detail-oriented team players
- Comfortable working in cold temps
- Physically active—can kneel, reach, lift, and stay moving
- Positive attitude and ready to work
- Comfortable submitting to a background and drug screening.
