Position: Charge Registered Nurse (RN) Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

Location: Texas Health Flower Mound

Schedule: Full-Time, Nights

Qualifications:

Here's What You Need:

• Nursing Diploma Nursing Required Or
• Associate's Degree Nursing Required Or
• Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred
• 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute setting Required
• 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute setting Preferred
• 1 year of NICU experience is highly preferred, 1 year of charge or relief charge experience or other leadership experience is preferred
• RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required
• STABLE upon hire is preferred
• BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required
• NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 days Required
• NRPA-Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 days Required
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 days Required
• Skills: A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
