Automotive Parts SpecialistSanel NAPA Auto Parts – West Lebanon, NHPay: $16.00–$18.00/hour Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM + Saturdays, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM Hours: Approximately 40 hours/weekKnow your way around cars? If you enjoy cars, solving problems, helping customers, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great opportunity for you.Automotive parts experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person who is eager to learn.What You'll DoHelp retail and commercial customers find the right automotive parts and productsAnswer automotive parts and service questions in person and over the phoneProvide friendly, knowledgeable customer service and create a positive experienceUse computers, point-of-sale systems, phones, catalogs, and other technology to research and sell partsProcess sales, cash, credit card, and customer transactions accuratelyMaintain inventory, special orders, and backordersCoordinate and route deliveries to help customers get their parts when they need themLearn and use Sanel NAPA systems and product resourcesWork closely with other team members to solve customer needs and keep the store running smoothlyFollow company safety procedures and actively contribute to a safe workplaceAssist with opening or closing the store as needed after appropriate trainingWhat We're Looking ForYou don't have to know everything about auto parts on day one.
