Learn more at General Description Tolin Mechanical , an established, well recognized and respected HVAC service contractor, is looking for an experienced Facility Engineer to join our team in the Mid-Atlantic region . We are seeking a candidate who meets the qualifications listed below. We have a solid team of experienced and respected technicians. Our business continues to grow, and we are looking for another solid technician that is interested in a long-term position and who will fit well into our team. Facility Engineers are focused on service and delivering long-term technical solutions for our clients. They maintain, monitor, and perform preventative maintenance and continuous operation of all building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and more. Summary Of Job Functions And Equipment Preventive Maintenance Troubleshooting Mechanical: HVAC, plumbing, controls Electrical: lighting, generators, primary switch gear Hot water systems Refrigeration Hot water heaters Pumps, valves, piping and filters Variable Frequency Drives Humidifiers Maintain records and monitor equipment Perform tests and rounds on building systems Compensation & Benefits Average Starting Rate: $30.00-$35.00 per hour. Combined experience, education, skills and knowledge will be taken into consideration.
