The Support Specialist delivers technical and development support for the TurnKey Enrollment platform and related systems, supporting tasks associated with the setup and maintenance of employer-sponsored insurance benefit plans. Responsibilities include client implementation and onboarding, building benefit plans, custom reports, and EDI data files. Additional duties include providing implementation assistance, data entry and testing on new clients/changes to existing clients being added into the enrollment and billing platforms. The Support Specialist position requires skills in multiple aspects of data including entry, analysis, reconfiguration, and data management. This individual must be analytical, detail oriented and extremely organized in order to provide a high level of customer satisfaction to both internal teams and external clients. The Support Specialist is also required to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously so that both internal teams and external clients are highly satisfied. Effective communication and meeting expected deadlines across all projects required. Job Description Duties

- Manage multiple case build projects and recurring configuration tasks while meeting established deadlines.
- Build, configure, test, and maintain enrollment site cases, including benefit plans, eligibility classes, coverage tiers, and plan rules, ensuring accurate system configuration based on client requirements.
- Perform comprehensive testing, validation, and troubleshooting of case builds, including plan designs, eligibility logic, rates, and enrollment workflows; identify discrepancies and implement corrections through configuration updates or scripting (e.g., JavaScript, C#).
- Execute data validation and audits to ensure accuracy across system configuration, plan rules, and reporting.
- Support ongoing case maintenance, including renewals, updates, and mid-year plan changes, along with implementation activities such as data setup and validation for new and existing clients.
- Create and maintain documentation for configurations, business logic, and testing results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to clarify requirements, timelines, and expected outcomes, and resolve system-related tickets and development requests.
- Develop and maintain basic custom scripting to support plan logic and user experience.
- Support basic file setup and validation for inbound/outbound data as needed.
- Assist with file troubleshooting and data reconciliation when issues arise.
- Maintain awareness of file processing schedules related to supported cases.
